PrimaPi™ methodology was created on the basis of own experience gathered from numerous project management solution implementations. It contains the principles of TenStep™ methodology adjusted to our environment and modelled on the Oracle Primavera technology basis.

The Primakon d.o.o. company has developed the PrimaPi™ methodology of project management, as an adjustment of the TenStep™ methodology based on experience, which haprimakon_logos been successfully implemented in numerous companies in public and private sectors and which is based on integrated planning and monitoring of time and costs according to the earned value measurement system (EVMS).

PrimaPi™ methodology is unique.

Reports on project execution time based on planned-executed scheme provide information about overstepping the time limit given for every activity, group of works or the whole project at any given moment. Data from the report on time execution are updated in regular (monthly) intervals. Reports on project costs (financial reports) provide information on relation between real and planned costs at any given moment. It is possible to get performances for every activity, group of works or the whole project, i.e. programme, and eventually on the level of the entire project portfolio from the integrated project plan.

PrimaPi™ methodology does not contradict other PM methodologies (like Project Management Body of Knowledge) in any segment; it fully applies them to a practical group of processes with the view of their easier implementation into working environments.
